Refunds will only be thru bank for defective goods.
We will notify you via e-mail once we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of the return. If your rejection is approved, we will process the refund of returned item. We will email you the credit note at the end on the process. We will do our best to process the return as quickly as possible. Please allow 30-45 days for processing. Just keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable unless the product you’re returning is defective or damaged.
Exchanges are valid till 30 day after you have received the product. If you need to exchange an item, send us an e-mail at email@example.com or call us at (+91)9836745000 to get your RGA (return goods authorization) number and the shipping address. Please follow the same process as returns.
