The warranty varies from product to product and from manufacturer to manufacturer. You need to send the defective part/parts back to us by courier. You will be bearing all the charges of sending and receiving the product. Please email for an RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR THEY WILL BE REFUSED by us. Upon our inspection of the defects we will decide if it is a warranty claim, improper installation, or abuse. Of course only the first is covered. If there is a legitimate claim our suppliers will credit us for the defective part and we will in turn send you the replacement pre paid. The decision in this respect shall be final and binding with no further discussion and/or refund or liabilities. Remember to enclose a copy of the purchase information including the invoice.
