1.Cut two Cavities in Shutter as shown in Fig.1.Screw on the Bumpers to the Shutter as shown in Fig.2. for approx. dimensions refer Fig.1. Insert the lower part of the Body in to cavity in Shutter and Click on the upper part of the Body as shown in Fig.3. Insert the Hook into the body through the side cavity in the shutter as shown in Fig. 4. Push the Slider downward & tighten the Grub screw with Allen key as shown in Fig. 5. Fit the Catch into the Frame as shown in Fig. 6. To remove the body from shutter, unscrew the grub screw & remove the Hook first & then insert a flat thin screw driver into the thin slot provided in the body & compress the spring.
Gap between shutter and frame should be 15mm for size 205mm, 255mm and 305mm, and 355mm and 18mm gap for 405mm, 510mm, 610mm, and 710mm. Width of stay is 19mm for size 205mm, 255mm, 305mm and 355mm and 22mm for size 405mm, 510mm 610mm, and 710mm.

Cut down the template according to your demand, Stick the template on the door and frame
According to the position of the installation template, drill holes to install the screws.
Take off Main Arm and Adjective Arm. Put the arm and the door closer main body in cross shape. Install the arm on the square tenon of gearing bearing. Then fasten by the assembled screw.
According to the drilled holes, install the door closer body on frame or door.
Pre load the arm to an angle and then install it together with the Adjective Arm which is vertical to the door. Adjust the length of the Arm to install the Arm. At last, fasten the screws on the arm.
Put dust proof cap on the other end of the gear shaft
The standard installation
The template of the right hand pull side door vertical installation. (The template of the left hand pull side door vertical installation is opposite of the template of the right hand pull side door vertical installation).
The reverse installation
The template of the left hand push side door vertical installation. (The template of the right hand push side door vertical installation is opposite of the template of the left hand push side door vertical installation).
The steps of parallel installation
According to the mark, fold the parallel installation template to 900. Stick it on the door and frame
According to the position of the installation template, drill screw holes.
According to the drilled holes, install the door closer main body and PA board on the door and door frame. Then fasten.
Take off the bracket of the Adjective Arm, Preload the arm to 450, Install the arm on the square tenon of gearing bearing. Then fasten by the assembled screw.
Adjust the length of the Adjective Arm to install the Arm, make it parallel with door closer main body. Put the clamp cover on the gear of the parallel board. Fasten the assembled screw, then fasten the nut of the link.
Put the dust-proof cap on the other end of the gear shaft.
Adjust the speed of the door closer by:-
The Closing speed regulation valve and latching speed regulation valve.
Counter-clockwise turning can make the speed faster. On the contrary, clockwise turning will make the speed slower.
The parallel installation
The template of the right hand push side door parallel installation (The template of the left hand push side door parallel installation is opposite of the template of the right and push side door parallel installation)
Notices.
Please don't rotate the direction of the square tenon of the gear before install the door closer.
Please don't hit the square tenon of the gear hard when you install the arm.
Door closer can auto-close the door by themselves extra efforts to close the door are not permitted.
Fasten all the screws after half a moth with use.
Pay attention to the speed regulation in the summer and winter seasons.
Please don't screw the regulating valve off main body, when you adjust the speed.

Assemble height adjustment brackets on to the slides using M4 screws provided as in Fig. 2.
Height adjustment bracket should be adjusted for desired height.
Screw the mounting bracket 85mm distance from the edge of the table and to other end 255mm & 355mm respectively for 350mm & 400mm slides (Refer Fig. 3)
