Installation Notes

Step 1 — Side Gap & Panel Dimensions (Fig. 1)
Allow a 15.5 mm side gap per side — the full panel serves as the drawer side. Refer to the A/B/C/D dimensional table above for panel sizing by height.

Fig. 1 — Front View: 15.5mm side gap and A/B/C/D dimensions

Step 2 — Top Clearance & Auto-Close Offset (Fig. 2)
Maintain a 25.4 mm (1") clearance from the drawer’s top edge to allow tilt-and-remove. Offset the fixed slide by 2 mm to activate auto-closing. Recess all screw heads to avoid interference.

Step 3 — Mount Fixed Slides & Attach Rear Panel (Fig. 3)
Fit fixed slides inside the cabinet, parallel and at equal heights. For 86 mm and 125 mm panels, use the eccentric cam for front facia height adjustment (6 mm bottom track). Insert the rear panel into the side panels through the key slot provided.

Step 4 — Assemble & Insert Drawer Unit (Fig. 4)
Place the bottom flap through the track in the side panels. Fix the front facia with the bracket, then slide the assembled drawer unit onto the fixed slides inside the cabinet until it clicks into place.
