• FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Assemble height adjustment brackets on to slides using M4 screw provided as in Fig. 1

     2. Drill as per drilling diagram Fig. 2

     3. Height adjustment bracket should be adjusted for desired height.

     4. Screw the keyboard tray onto the table. Table should have minimum horizontal gap of 600mm.

     5. Slide the keyboard tray out till it automatically latches.

     6. To remove tray lift ltaches provided on each sides and pull as per Fig. 3.

• Fitting Instructions

  1. 1.Fix the Vertical Track to the Wall plug & Screws provided as shown in Fig.1.

     2.Fix the Platform to the Articulated Station using screws provided as shown in Fig.2.

     3.Insert the End Cap from bottom of the Vertical Track as shown in Fig.3.

     4.Slide in one 50mm Cover from top to the Vertical Track as shown in Fig.4.

     5.Slide in the CPU Stand Slim from top of Vertical Track as shown in Fig.5. & Tightened the Locking Knob. (While Tightening the Locking Knob always ensure that the Knob enters into the hole of the Vertical Track.)

     6. Slide in town 37mm Cover & Multiples of 50mm Cover to the Vertical Track to attain the desired height as shown in Fig.6.

     7.Slide in the Articulated Keyboard Station into the Vertical Track as shown in Fig.7. & Tighten the locking Knob.

     8. Repeat the Procedure of Fig.6.

     9.Slide in the Flat Screen Holder into the Vertical Track as shown in Fig.8. & tighten the Locking Knob.

     10.Slide in one 50mm Cover into the Vertical Track as shown in Fig.9.

     11.Insert the End Cap from top of the Vertical Track as shown in Fig.10.

• The steps of vertical installation

  1. Cut down the template according to your demand, Stick the template on the door and frame
  2. According to the position of the installation template, drill holes to install the screws.
  3. Take off Main Arm and Adjective Arm. Put the arm and the door closer main body in cross shape. Install the arm on the square tenon of gearing bearing. Then fasten by the assembled screw.
  4. According to the drilled holes, install the door closer body on frame or door.
  5. Pre load the arm to an angle and then install it together with the Adjective Arm which is vertical to the door. Adjust the length of the Arm to install the Arm. At last, fasten the screws on the arm.
  6. Put dust proof cap on the other end of the gear shaft

  The standard installation

  The template of the right hand pull side door vertical installation.
  (The template of the left hand pull side door vertical installation is opposite of the template of the right hand pull side door vertical installation).

  The reverse installation

  The template of the left hand push side door vertical installation.
  (The template of the right hand push side door vertical installation is opposite of the template of the left hand push side door vertical installation).

  The steps of parallel installation

  1. According to the mark, fold the parallel installation template to 90⁰. Stick it on the door and frame
  2. According to the position of the installation template, drill screw holes.
  3. According to the drilled holes, install the door closer main body and PA board on the door and door frame. Then fasten.
  4. Take off the bracket of the Adjective Arm, Preload the arm to 45⁰, Install the arm on the square tenon of gearing bearing. Then fasten by the assembled screw.
  5. Adjust the length of the Adjective Arm to install the Arm, make it parallel with door closer main body. Put the clamp cover on the gear of the parallel board. Fasten the assembled screw, then fasten the nut of the link.
  6. Put the dust-proof cap on the other end of the gear shaft.

  Adjust the speed of the door closer by:-

  1. The Closing speed regulation valve and latching speed regulation valve.
  2. Counter-clockwise turning can make the speed faster. On the contrary, clockwise turning will make the speed slower.

  The parallel installation

  Notices.

straightener, screws shall be of same height.

4. Tighten the regulator with screws, and lock the plastic
decorative covers with screws at the same time.

5. Use the rob to align the door until it is straight,
put the decorative cover onto to the regulator.
